I am having the exact same issue. I have an email campaign that will contain google analytics code to track the links being clicked on. One of the links goes to a page containing an article that users/readers can comment on. Since the query string may vary, Disqus will treat each visitor via the campaign as though they are trying to access a new Blog post. So, only the comments posted by that user are visible. None of the other comments (entered by other users) will show... Help?
