Hi,
We don't put any restrictions on how you use your CD and we don't block anyone's ability to save the files or copy them or do anything else. If you are not able to save or copy or print, then for some reason your computer's Operating System is preventing you. I'm sorry but we do not know how to troubleshoot problems with your operating system. If you are on Windows, you might check out Microsoft's forums or support site.

Hello,
If, for some reason, your Operating System is not allowing you to use the "save" or "copy" buttons that you see in the slideshow, you can always perform the operations on the photo files themselves.
With the CD inserted, right-click on your "start" menu and select "explore". Find the drive that is running the CD and open the sub-folders until you find the one containing your hi-res files. Open one image and then right-click and select "save as" or "print".

Hello,
At this point I do not know what went wrong with your first installation of the iPhoto plugin, but if you want to uninstall it, here's how:
Quit iPhoto if it's open.
In the Finder, open the Applications folder.
Click iPhoto once to select it.
Choose File > Get Info to open an Info window.
Find the section of the Info window labeled Plug-ins. If necessary, click the little triangle for Plug-ins to see the list of items in that section.

Regardless of the browser, you should be able to log in. Please be sure that your browser is set to accept cookies to allow login. If that does not solve the problem, then some security level on your computer or your firewall must have changed, and is blocking your login. Could you please try lowering the security levels?

Tony replied on September 24, 2009 20:14 to the problem "email upload problem" in Snapfish:
Hello,
Our email upload system has a maximum file size of 100mb. We can accept anything up to that (provided it is a .jpg file in the sRGB color space). But your email system/client surely has much lower file size limits. Please contact them to find out the limits. Even if your client is not blocking the emails due to size, a large file attachment will delay the delivery of the email and the transaction could time-out before the email reaches our servers.
We do not currently have any "public API" like you are describing, but we do have high level plans to move in that direction in the future. I'm sorry but we cannot even estimate when that might be available at this point.
Tony replied on August 04, 2009 18:46 to the problem "Downloading to my computer" in Snapfish:
Hi,
If you choose to order a hi-res download, you can select multiple photos at a time, but if you just want to save the smaller file the you see in your online Snapfish account to your hard drive, the only option is to hold the "control" key while you click with your mouse and select "save as". That is the only way to save an online image to your hard drive. For those using a PC, right-click with the mouse and select "save as".

Hi,
Sorry; I don't quite understand. You asked about downloading photos, but then you said that already have the photos on your computer. Why do you need to download if you already have the photos on your computer? I'm just trying to make sure that we are both using the same terminology.
FYI: Snapfish has not changed its download options.
Tony replied on July 07, 2009 20:54 to the problem "Unsaved Photos" in Snapfish:
Hi,
To find where Picture Mover has saved your photos, open the software and click on the "options" link and select "camera". The "photo location" section will show you exactly where on your computer the backup photos are saved.
You can also find photos on your computer by using the Windows "search" utility. Search using the file extension ".jpg".
