Skitch is the easiest and probably even best screenshot Mac application ever! Not only that, the application is also well-designed and very fun to use.
A comment on the problem "Lack of Functionality in New BETA" in Nambu:

I also noticed the lack of some features available in the old version, but I have also noticed this beta runs faster and smoother compared to the old one. No doubt due to the "many rewritten portions of Nambu".
