Thanks for the inquiry! We love them too, however, the ORION sleeve is designed for slim devices and does not provide optimum function for the Zune 80gb.
A couple of my favorite cases for the 80gb Zune are the Leather Flip Case or the Wallet case. Check them out at www.myincipio.com.

I love the look of the sleeve cases for the Zune 4 GB / 8 GB. But... oh how I wish there was one for the 80 GB!
