This corrected the trouble for me. I have read of a few people who used lower settings after 500 did not work.

I apologize that we did not see this before because it was listed under Comcast Interactive Media. I have helped others getting iChat to work with video. Open iChat, select preferences, and under bandwidth limit try 500 kbps. That usually fixes the trouble.

So this is why I've never been able to use those features in iChat! Does anyone know if the new fiOS from Verizon works?
