You should contact the property directly to request an amendment to your reservation. Contact details are clearly noted on your confirmation email, remember to quote your booking reference. Acceptance of any amendments is at the discretion of the property.
If an amendment of your reservation is not possible your deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must contact the property directly using the contact details on your confirmation email, please remember to quote your booking reference.
In the event of a cancellation the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. You must give the property at least 48 hours cancellation to avoid a no-show charge.

10% of the total booking value is non refundable unless exceptional circumstances occur. In these cases Travelonomy require an email confirmation from the accommodation supplier or relevant third party for a refund to be granted. Any claim must be presented to Travelonomy within thirty (30) days of check-out or the claim will be wavered.
