I'm just throwing out ideas as I have them, so take them for what they are worth. :)
It would be nice if I could do some basic text formatting in the paragraph text. What comes to mind it something like a subset of wiki markup. The formatting that I think would be really valuable (in my priority order):
1. Links (they don't need to really be active, but just be marked up)
2. Lists and bullets
3. Bold/Italic/Underline
4. Font size
Alternatively, I'd be comfortable with just doing HTML markup directly if that was more straight-forward to implement.

Formatting of paragraph text.

Switching mockup tabs while editing text (datagrid, paragraph, etc)If you are in an active text-edit box (for something like the datagrid), then select a different tab without first closting the text-edit box, the box stays open on the new tab. When you close the box (by clicking elsewhere), you lose any changes you made in the text-edit.
Desired behavior would be to close and save the edits when you select a different tab.

I really like that idea, but I'd go one step further and put the font information in the mockup. If I have the font, it uses it, otherwise, it falls back to the application's default. That is a pretty standard model and, generally, if I want to use a specific font in my company, I can arrange to make sure everybody has the same font.

Making Trees smallerI would really like the ability to make trees smaller. This would entail two things: a smaller font (either selectable or defaulting to a 9 or 10 pt font) and smaller icons. In general, I would love to remove the arrows next to the folders, since they are redundant to the closed/open folders and just take up space. This would be especially important on the small tree, however.

I can't think of anything I might have done differently. I did not clone or copy/paste anything into the mockup. I was working strictly within that one. I did save and try to clone the mockup, but the clone was fubar. I closed the app, restarted, and the existing mockup came in fubar was well.
I was playing with alignments, but nothing extraordinary. I guess I just hit a luck sequence of monkey-banging.

Mockup hosed and making Balsamiq unhappySomething has happened with a mockup I'm working on. It will not open correctly in 1.1.38, which is the same version that it was created in. The XML file seems like it is mostly correct (obviously it isn't 100% correct); all of my controls in the mockup have their proper text in the XML.
For example, here is one of the comments that is showing up black here:

Many Mockup Tab WoesWhen you open many mockups, the tabs get lost as they scroll off to the right. It would be nice to have the list of tabs be scrollable in some way so I can get back at them.

Export All as PNGsWhen I export PNG's, I typically do many at one time. I would LOVE to be able to say "Export All as PNG" and have every open mockup exported.

Selected node in treeI would like to be able to identify the selected item in a tree in some way. As it is, to make it clear which node is selected, I have to manually craft a "selection". I would be fine with having a different mark-up to denote a selected node (beyond the f,F, and -).-
Travis Jensen started following the idea "Scrollbars as options from the properties panel" in Balsamiq.
