I have this problem, and it drives me crazy. I have a 4GB memory card, but RIM cleverly decided not to store anything except useless data on that card, so it won't solve any of your problems. The phone doesn't even function most of the time. I have to pop out the battery and put it back in to reset the software. Blackberry can forget about any future sales to me - I'm going with Palm or HP or even HTC.

I use OneNote all the time to take notes on my tablet during classes at my university. There are very few things I don't like about it (i.e. I can't think of any now).
