The banner displayed to people who aren't logged in says "Twitter is a free service that lets you keep in touch with people using the web, your phone, or IM." which is now wrong after your announcement that IM isn't coming back any time soon.

Ok, I turned on cookies and it seems that was what's required. Then it asks me to log in to twitter, which is pointless because I don't want a twitter account.

http://twitter.com/help/ returns 403 on POST. If it's not being used (in favour of get satisfaction) it shouldn't be linked from http://help.twitter.com/

I suck Twitter RSS, and get 200 and 304 HTTP response codes when errors and downtime happen. I should be getting 5xx HTTP response codes.
