Hi Matthias,
We are a Twitter client that provides the same functionality to all of our users that Twitter.com does. The presence of your tweets is not an endorsement by you of Twaitter nor are we claiming that you use it.
Ex) If a user is logged into Twaitter and sees a #FollowFriday that says "Must follow @Mattias" and they click your name...They are able to see your timeline in Twaitter so they can read your tweets and follow you. (just like you can do in Twitter's web client)
We are merely using Twitter's publicly available data and we adhere to all their information guidelines. Unfortunately we do not have the capability at the moment to exclude anyone from being able to be seen in Twaitter.
I hope you can see your tweets being displayed in Twaitter as a way for more people to gain access to what you say and share.
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Ryan

Hi Jose,
We ask that you limit your tweets to approximately 500 per day at the moment (on the honor system at the moment :). Even though we plan to provide a pro option to allow users to tweet an unlimited # of tweets per day, we are still bound by Twitter's restrictions. If memory serves me correctly, Twitter limits each Twitter user to 100 posts per hour. This means our unlimited pro package will still then limit you to 2400 per day per user. Twitter then gives you the 401 error that you are receiving.
We plan to have a portion of the pro version out by the end of the year. Please keep checking back.
Let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
Ryan

rjb227s replied on November 09, 2009 15:10 to the idea "Lock page size" in Twaitter:
Hi Tracy,
Thanks for the suggestion. We added the 'search' option in response to this request in the past. You can just enter some words from the msg you wish to copy or edit and click search.
The reason we didn't add the 'see all' button is because some of our users literally have thousands of messages. We have actually considered removing the 'page size' box as some people put very large numbers in it and negatively impact site performance. Defaulting to 20 per page is an effort to limit the load on the servers so we can keep the site running efficiently for all of our users.
I'll have the developers look into a save-page-size option on a session by session basis to see if it is an issue.
Thanks for the idea!

Kirk,
As far as we understand, the same URL will not count against you.
We provide a 'copy' feature that does what you are referring to. All of the tweets that you have ever sent through Twaitter are saved in your 'scheduled messages' page. Merely search for the tweet you wish to resend and click 'copy'. Your tweet will be setup with the same text and time. Adjust the desired time and modify the text and you're good to go.
This is actually the only and best solution allowed by Twitters Terms. We are not aware of any other sites with this feature.
With regard to other services...
We will be turning on Ping.fm integration in the coming days. We will turn the recurring feature back on for messages sent through ping. Users can configure Ping to post to over 100 social media sites. We are forced of course to exclude Twitter from the list of sites that we can schedule your post through.
So, in summation:
-Yes you can save tweets and resend them with a click of a button (copy feature)
-Yes we are enabling users to post recurring messages through other social media services. (ping.fm .... very soon)
Thanks,
Ryan

Shaun,
You can do that, but in order to adhere to Twitter's TOC's, you must modify the text content of your tweet. Their spam engine is getting more thorough at not posting msgs with the same content, but I believe it still only blocks when 2 messages in a row are the same in most cases.
We recommend you modify your content at least slightly on each scheduled future post. We talk about this a bit in the blog post link I sent you previously http://bit.ly/Recurring .
Thanks,
Ryan

I've spoken with Twitter on the subject of scheduling. They see single scheduled tweets as a legitimate feature. Here is our blog post on the topic. http://bit.ly/Recurring

John,
RSS Version 1.0 will support:
-Robust scheduling
-Update now button
-prefix and postfix (not random, but can set to not include if it makes post > 140)
-inclusion keywords (supports regular expressions)
-exclusion keywords (supports regular expressions)
-Post 1 feed to multiple accounts
-Bundle multiple feeds into 1 schedule and randomize which links are chosen from the list of feeds (v 1.1)
-Shorten URL's with bit.ly (brev.is in v1.1)
-Atom support (v1.1)
-Basic stats (v1.1) [free]
-robust stats, including real-time link-click google map integration (v2.0) [part of pay service]
-footprint: from twaitter (no footprint - pay version)
We see the benefits of no footprint from the tweeter's point of view. Showing Twaitter as the source helps give stat trackers accurate #'s for our tool to show how many people actually use us. It also serves as a very basic form of advertising. The entire site is free to this point so we need all the methods to 'spread the word' that we can.
We're working hard to get the v1.0 alpha launched by late next week. Plz check it out and let us know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Ryan
rjb227s replied on October 13, 2009 21:11 to the question "blocked tweets?" in Twaitter:
Rev. Huber,
I checked your account and it looks the last like 5 of each of your scheduled tweets have all sent successfully with the exception of the msg that starts with "Guide".
It shows 1 Twitter error occurred during its last attempt to post. This can happen for a # of reasons, most often its because Twitter's servers do not respond when sending the post. Twaitter will start sending it again on the next scheduled occurrence.
If there are other issues that I am not seeing, please provide me with details. You can send them to ryan dot bell at newsorviews dot com.
Thanks,
Ryan
rjb227s replied on October 13, 2009 21:01 to the idea "iphone app" in Twaitter:
Hi Kent,
Very glad to hear that you like TwAitter. At this time we do not have an IPhone Ap. You can of course access the site from the browser on the IPhone, but it is not optimized for mobile so it runs a bit slower than we'd like.
We are actively looking for investment and an Iphone Ap is one of the first todo's on our list once we secure funding. Otherwise, the ap will be a bid down the road (likely in Q1 2010).
Hope this info helps.
Would you mind rating Twaitter? We would appreciate it! http://www.oneforty.com/item/twaitter . Just click your rate and click "I Use This".

rjb227s replied on October 13, 2009 04:27 to the problem "GMT?!" in Twaitter:
Jacob,
No, we don't have to setup your timezones manually. On the site, under "Settings" you choose your default timezone.
You can also alter the timezone of each message you send in case you'd like to to send at say 8:00 on the east coast and don't want to do the math.
I reviewed your account and I'm not able to repeat your issue. I see 2 scheduled messages; one for 11:11 AM and the other for 11:11PM. They are showing in Pacific time (which is your default zone).
Where did you see the GMT times? Scheduled Messages form? Home page message timeline? Did it happen after you changed your default zone? Did it occur on your first log in?
Thanks for the help in chasing this down.
Ryan
