Thanks for replying. I emailed customer service about this issue and am waiting to hear back from them. I know a few more people who are having this problem and it seems to be a website error. Once I hear back from them, I will let you know what's going on. Thanks for the tips. If you notice that the images go back to full view mode, I would appreciate a head's up. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Pictures cannot be viewed in full size mode. I think it is a problem on their website as I was able to view full size mode before. I have emailed them about this situation. Are you getting errors such as "done" or "done with errors" on your page, because I am receiving those messages. Must be something wrong with the website. :(
