When it syncs to Gmail, the contacts are sorted by Last Name, First Name.
This makes 100% sense, but it seems like Gmail sorts theirs by First Name, Last Name.
Therefore I've run into issues with a Google Android phone, where it gets screwed up (sending multiple SMS, etc). Its a Google glitch on the android, but it seems like if the Gmail Default is First Name, Last Name, thats how it should sync.
