Carousel Forgets Line Breaks

I've noticed that Carousel forgets the layout of text when creating bulletins. I set a single block to the size of the screen. In the spot where you input what the text should actually read, you can "enter" to break lines. It updates the preview appropriately and looks great.... until you hit "more" or "finish". After that it just squishes everything together.

I just made a series of 11 bulletins, and every single one has lost my formatting. Do I really need to have a separate block per line?

The standby graphic is enabled. That was the reason for my alarm, as I expect to see the graphic if the video isn't up.

I'm going to hold off on the RMA for now. Just as mysteriously as it stopped working, it started again this morning. I haven't put this on the air yet, so I can still wait it out and see what happens.

Video Input Card Stopped Working

My video input card suddenly stopped working last night or possibly this morning. I know for sure that I am sending video to it, but it only shows me black. The zone I use the video input for has only one bulletin. I did try adding a second bulletin last night, and have since deleted it, but I don't think that would've effected the first.

Aside from that one bulletin, nothing has changed. I don't understand why it suddenly stopped.

I am running Carousel 5.2.6 Build 36. I'll be happy to provide any more info that may be of use.

I can't get this to work either. I've tried RSS feeds from several different websites, including aNASA's Image of the Day, and John's example. In both cases, Carousel displays the link to the photo, not the photo.

The original question was never answered. I too have created my own backgrounds for weather bulletins. After selecting each one for the appropriate weather effect, I "edit this template" so I can choose what blocks to put and where. "Where" is the difficult part, as it shows me the default picture of "unknown weather" instead of any of my backgrounds.

Also, the weather preview is useless. Are there any plans to do anything about that.

Why is there no back button? This isn't even a "hey that would be a nice feature" thing, it's more like a "I think they forgot something" kinda thing.
