Yes, I wont ever go back to using a "dumb" phone, or feature Phone, as they call them. You know. Those normal mobiles, that persisted for years now.

And to sum it up without babbling for hours, I wont ever go back.
Sure. The hardware will get better over time, as will Android itself.
But as it is now, it surpasses everything I hoped for.

I own the Samsung i7500 Galaxy and it's wonderful.

Having everything with you all of the time is just great.
gmail, google Calendar, your contacts (from gmail), the internet with a decent (yet quite lacking) browser, gps, plenty location based services and apps, so you never get lost.

It's just awesome.
One nifty thing I never thought about was an app I found, that backs up your sms to your gmail inbox. I will never loose a message again and can look at them in gmail like I would at normal mails.

Next big plus?
3,5mm Audio Jack, that lets you plug in any headphone.
The Galaxy has 8gig's of internal memory, plus a micro sd slot (that will go up to 32gb).
Put your music on there and you can carry them around everywhere.

So. I conclude:
Phone, sms, mail, calendar, contacts, chat, gps (navigation and all), twitter, the whole web, apps, that fit every need, good looking and solid hardware.

I couldn't be happier.

I tried Songbird on several Windows 7 machines already. The Beta and the RC. I encountered NO Problems, whatsoever.

Heres how you reach your profile folder. Delete that one and you should be A-OK!!!

How to find your Profile.

Delete the whole Profile Folder and then install the new Version!

Just do it. Where's the harm in it?

I can't advise you to do things, that are against Last.fm's Code of conduct, but there are ways around subscriptions and giving away email addresses and such, if anonymity is your concern.
Once you subscribed, your problems will be gone. The Account is free for German users!

Could you look into about:ubiquity and see, if all your Commands are active? Some got disabled recently and are up to changes.

I still couldn't resolve this issue, yet. I'm on to it though. Have patience. Up until then, I can only advise you to use a Program like EasyTAG to edit your Files.

I never encountered this issue before and heard of no one with similar Problems. It seems very odd and is probably a failure, that only occurred for you...

Did you try to edit them, now, with your fresh profile again and test, if the issue remains?

Sorry for your inconvenience. It gets busy out here in the open and it sometimes takes time to answer all the questions. Especially, when we have big releases, the platform here gets so swamped with new comments, that sometimes topics get overlooked.

But fret not. Here I am. Let's get to it.

The image you submitted doesn't look very promising. It looks like something went awfully wrong and I fear, that we will have to resolve it by purging your profile and starting fresh from the Top.

Since you have so many addons installed, it sometimes happens, that the cause for the problem can't be found so easily.

So. I'm asking you now to delete your profile folder and then start fresh.
That way, we can eliminate the possibility, that songbird was the cause, rather then just a malfunctioning addon.

Have you upgraded to 1.2 from an older Version? Maybe something went wrong in the process.
You could delete your Profile and start fresh. That way, we can eliminate the possibility of mistakes therein.

For that, you would have to rewrite the addons themselves. So the first answer would be no. Not without going miles out of the way.

You could ask some of the addon creators on the addons pages, if they intend to change something about their addons.
