Uallach's dashboard

I've Googled high and low, about this, so here goes: How do you "copy shortcut" a link within an Outlook 2003 e-mail, in order to paste the URL in a browser address-bar manually? When I right-click my mouse, said option is greyed out. Is there a workaround, or a hidden command I need to activate? (I'm using a secondhand Dell desktop with an XP Home SP3 platform; IE 7 and latest Firefox browsers.)
