Hello!
Yes, everything worked out. Thank you for all of the speedy help! I'm going to try downsizing file size for the next one. Or at least budget in time for uploading problems! It is just incredibly frustrating not being able to upload and having to use a middle man.

But it worked.

However, right now it is not showing my sales on the main home page. There is a mark up price and I know there have been purchases.

well, you guys helped me out! file uploaded. but now it won't publish. its set on private and wont go public. it says 'internal error please retry.'

retry doesnt work. i've tried on three different computers. i'm questioning if magcloud is compatible to mac's firefox and safari? because all of these computers are macbooks.

i'm getting bummed about all of these problems. considering uploading and publishing problems seems to be the usual for me.

Hi! I have a deadline today/tomorrow. It's east coast here. But once again my files will NOT upload to MagCloud's servers. This is a common problem for me and all issue have been checked, updated, etc. and yet I am still unable to upload files. The files have a tendancy to time out and never fully load.

I just sent in a contact request, it is now Case #00002445. Since the deadline is today I was just wondering if you could please forward or respond to it asap!

MagCloud has been fantastic to me in customer service. I'm confident in you guys!

hello-our magazine is 187 mb....it's an art and photography 'zine. we uploaded it already at the large size (compressed it as much as possible) and it worked out great, but now that we made changes (just a few typos nothing major to cause such a change in file size) it will not upload at all!

tried deleting the issue and making new one and uploading but still won't upload file.

PDF color match/Uploading InDesign file

I design the magazine in photoshop, import to indesign in order to export it as multi page spread. I have no color issues when I go from photoshop to indesign. I've trouble shooted photoshop and indesign anyway, yet whenever I export the zine as a pdf, the colors mute noticeably. This concerns me because I use artwork for the magazine. Is it possible to upload the files on Magcloud as an indesign file so I can stay true to the colors?

I am promoting my magazine on blogs but when I link to the publication, I am sent to a MagCloud page that reads Site Error: Message Could not access this publication.

I am linking to the magazine's main MagCloud page, not a specific issue.
Help! Publication is set for this friday, I need the link to work!

I just wanted clarification with your T's & C's concerning copyrights of User Submission and publications.

I want to make sure that the artists, writers, photographers, etc. who submit work to my magazine retain all copyrights to their work. The T's &C's seemed to have grown more vague in this department. Also, my magazine title is trademarked, how will that play into MagCloud's current T's & C's? Or will you kick me off for having one?

PayPal Sandbox blows.

When ordering copies of my 'zine I chose the Paypal Express option which last time, the 'zine was paid with funds from my Premier PayPal account (which I liked-in fact loved). Now when I pay with PayPal Express on MagCloud I am redirected to PayPal Sandbox. I do not want to sign up for another thing. Plus, Sandbox is confusing. If I do not sign up with Sandbox, will the profit from my 'zine be sent to my Premier account (which is listed as my PayPal account email address in my account info on MagCloud), or will I have to make a Sandbox account.

Paypal Sandbox is a terrible option to force the publishers on here to use, particularly if we already have Paypal set up for our business to begin with.

I'm experiencing the same problem. It only loads about 20% of my PDF. I'm running on Firefox 2.0. I have restarted the browser and even made a new magazine, but still experiencing time out.
