Got the same problem. Traveling, at the moment in Iran, and even though I had no problem linking my Turkish SIM with my twitter account, I cannot see the way to do it from my Iranian SIM. If I send an SMS to the international (+44) number it just gets ignored.

I noticed that the "mobile/devices" page was "redesigned", perhaps it should be re-redesigned to actually let people know what to do from numbers other than US/UK/Canada/India/NZ!
