These are commonly referred to as "magic words". Unfortunately, at the moment only one magic word can be used at a time, and they all refer to the same text. This is certainly something we're looking to make big improvements on.
In regards to "url" working for the tinyurl command, that's a special case that only applies to that command. I know this is very inconstant, and eventually you'll be able to use "url" (and other magic words) with all commands.
A comment on the idea "Add google unit converter" in Mozilla:
