A comment on the praise "Great Customer Service. No problem whatsoever." in Verizon:
I just have them as a Cell Phone company; if you are talking about landlines, I heard that the landline service is a seperate company. – Unionhawk, on May 29, 2009 15:22

If there is a Verizon Store nearby (am I the only one fortunate enough to have several nearby?), go there. They will help you.
Another tip I've heard, pay with a credit card. You can at least complain to the credit card company, and get the fraudulent charges away, but with a Debit Card, that's just a direct link to your bank account.
Hope you get this fixed!

Great Customer Service. No problem whatsoever.I see that many people here are dissatisfied with your service. That's really strange... I've never once had a problem with customer service. This might be because we go to the Verizon Store instead of using phone customer service (which I just learned existed from reading a couple of complaints)
Overall, great customer service. Don't listen to these fools.

Change Ringer Based on Time of DayThere needs to be something in the software for Verizon Phones that allows you to set a time of day for a certain ringer. That way, you can have it automatically go to vibrate only when you're at work or school.
For example, I'm not allowed to have my phone on during school, and I have been getting these random calls that would be a disaster if I had forgotten to put it on Vibrate Only. But, if I don't have it on full ringer at the end of school, my dad will yell at me for not answering his call immediately. The ability to program your phone to automatically go into a certain ringer mode, such as single beep, vibrate only, or silent, based on the time of day, would be an excellent enhancement.
