Still nothing in this front.
In fact, it seems worse ( http://blog.twitter.com/2008/11/oh-ca... ).
Maybe they are thinking if people wait long enough, they will eventually forget.
Please keep us update with real information... It's the Web 2.something, the XXI century, not an old telephone company. Users want and need to know.

The "Best Answer" given by the official representative: http://getsatisfaction.com/twitter/to...
When following the instructions, there is a reply stating that they are no longer doing this. This was also commented in the latest posts. – ups, on February 12, 2009 14:32

I guess that in theory you would not need copy paste. Insert the result into your work stream should be natural.
Unfortunately, not all commands are prepared to do this. For instance, in every new ubiquity version launch, I edit the get-email command from
displayMessage(name.text);
to
CmdUtils.setSelection(name.text);
Adding the ability to copy/paste is a nice workaround, but I could suggest a broader rule for verbs to be able to chain them and in the end paste in a working area.-

Grumpy has a point here!
There shouldn't be allowed to type comments without identification, or at least say it before hand.
At this moment, there is no such wording which can lead to some confusion.
Even if the popup window allows you to login/register before submitting the question, why does this only appears on the end after all the typing is done?-
