A comment on the problem "not satisfied" in Get Satisfaction:

So clicking a link on the registration/login popup would clear the page. Are all the links that require a new page load set to open to a new window? This could help to minimize this kind of... accidents! – ups, on January 06, 2009 15:54

Dashboard is definitely too confusing with only one feed for all the questions.

Dashboard shows the number of topics created and the number of replies, but it does not allow me to view them. I would like a way of views those as can help me to better review the suggestions and problems.

I wonder why everything has to have an Iphone Interface and not a more generic mobile interface!

Granted, build something for more platforms requires a lot more trouble, but being able to access GetSatisfaction by using BlackBerry or a WM equipped phone will broader a lot it usefulness!

I second the request.
Sometimes the company does not understand the request and "answers" it wrongly. Being able to "re-open" it and vote for a "this does not answer" would be great.
