US's dashboard

I can't connect in Windows Vista via the Networkconncention, if I typ in the IP adress I get a message not able to connect IP xxxxx. If I take the browser (Firefox) I have no problem. Any Idea ?
In the brwoser application I can't put an already downloadded file from one folder to another.
But in genaeral the tool is great -Thanks for a reply
