It would be nice to have the new messages be automatically organized by topics as they are indexed.
One should allow manual override of the automatic indexation (to unassign a topic or to force an assignment).
For the automatic topic allocation, I'd suggest to allow the definition of "equivalents" for the topics. For example, one could define synonymus words or even combination of words like under a topic "SAFETY", equivalents could be "danger" and/or the name of the Safety Officer.

Is it currently possible or do you plan to allow the creation of "smart mailboxes" like Apple Mail.
Would you allow this, it would be great to include in the allowable criteria the "topics" and "folders".
