    Hi there ^^

    If you reported the hacking when it first happened, then I'd suggest that you reply back to the mod, explain that you did report it, and tell her how you reported it and what account you used to report it.

    We have records of all the hacking reports that are made with the hack report form on the site, so we'll be able to look and verify if you did file one. If you filed one using the 'contact us' link, not the hacking report form, then you should specify that.

    If we can find your old report we'll be able to give you more information about what happened, or possibly even investigate the hacking. However, if we don't find an old report then I'm afraid our policy would still apply. We ask that users report hackings promptly because then the information is very current and it makes investigating much more accurate and effective.

    So I got hacked about a year ago, and right after it happened I reported it and what not. But I got nothing back from the Admins/Mods and what not. So, recently I did it again and got

    I replied and stated my cause and everything, but in the end I was refused and told to come an put feedback here. :/

    I had important Items. Sure, pixilated E-items. But the Kiki was a gift from saving a good friend from suicide T___T I'd like it back.
