Why doesn't my dashboard show me as an employee?

I am the owner of a getSat community. And I correctly have the "Employee" badge around my pic. But when you go to my profile page the "I am an employee of" section is blank. How do I get my company to show up there?

Do I have to claim myself as an employee even though I started the community, am an admin of it, and already see the employee badge on my pic?

Doug started following the idea "Change the icon on the iPhone deck to something more cheerful :)" in Satisfaction Remote.

Does this app work for FREE employee users?

I understand that the app doesn't support the management tools available to paid GetSat "employee/admin" users.

But... If I am a FREE user that is an "employee/admin" and needs to simply respond to issues as the employee - is there any reason the app won't work for me?
