Our apologies for the delay in replying to your support request. At the end of the week before last, we did an upgrade to our help ticket application. Over the weekend and all of last week, we had a variety of problems, including:
delayed mail coming in
replies to tickets not being mailed out
disabled access to online ticket checking
incorrect/invalid keys for requests
We did receive all mail submitted to Support. This week, things are back to normal but we're behind on replies as a result. We were able to reply to some tickets but not as many as usual. We're getting to all of the tickets as fast as we can.
If you are still experiencing the problem you reported, please reply to this email and say "yes, I'm still having this problem." If your issue is urgent, do not reply this email, but instead send me an @reply and tell me what your problem is. I'll get to it as soon as I can. For example:
@crystal I can't restore my account!
In the meantime, check out the knowledge base to see if you can find answers there:

I am asking my self with all the service interruptions, high profile user conflicts and other tweet services is Twitter a viable business tool or is it a fade?. Are tweet blogs a commodity service like free email?

Sprite_screen This answers the question is Ping.FM does work with jott, until your go over 140 charaters. Less Than 140 works.
