Hi,
Thanks fo this valuable feedback.
To be honest, project server and sharepoint are quite outdated / non flexible tools, just like Exchange.
Unfortunately,due to company policy we have to keep on using Exchange as email client.
I'm looking for the best way to make those 2 tools interact, especially in terms of task creation and contacts synchronisation.

What I'd like to achieve would be the following:
from DeskAway, access to my company's MS Exchange contact list to be able to communicate with non-DeskAway users, from the DeskAway interface.
Also let the non-DeskAway users get access to a generic contact email that should then generate tasks/issues in DeskAway, and send an auto-reply/notification. – varengo, on April 01, 2009 09:39
