Take a look at this other post. It looks like you may need to rebuild the view.
http://communities.serena.com/agile/t...
Let us know if you need more details on how to rebuild the view.
Have you been making changes to the views? Or, do you know of any other configuration changes since this view last worked? Now that two people have run into this, I'm a little worried that there might be a bigger problem. So, let us know if you think of anything.-

Vickie Schira replied on November 14, 2009 01:16 to the idea "Does Agile on Demand link with Mashups?" in Agile on Demand:
There isn't a good way to do this today. I would probably setup a report in SBM that lists the defects you want to fix in the sprint. Then, in the AOD sprint, create a "defect" item that contains a link to the SBM report. It's not perfect, but at least you would have it on the card wall.
We'll pass your input to the PO too. Thanks.-

Vickie Schira replied on November 12, 2009 20:20 to the idea "How do I prioritize the stories within an epic?" in Agile on Demand:
Currently, there isn't a way to prioritize the stories within the epic. I can pass this to the product owner as input.
What you can do (which is not exactly the same) is to set the Priority on the stories. This is an attribute on the Story when you open it. You could then add this attribute to the grid for visibility. The down side to this method is that you can have more than one story with the same priority. Hope that helps.
Vickie Schira replied on November 11, 2009 20:07 to the problem "Style sheet error" in Agile on Demand:
I tried this here on a MAC Os X 10.5 with Firefox 3.5.3. I don't see any errors at all. To help with our troubleshooting, let me ask a couple more questions:
1) If you click OK, does it load the Planning Backlog or the What's New page?
2) Does this only happen on the Planning Backlog tab or does it also happen with other tabs? (To test this, open a different tab. Then, log out and log back in. AOD will remember your last tab and take you there.)
3) Go up to Tools | Error Console. This will open the FF error log. Click Clear to empty the log. Log into AOD again. New errors will go to the Error Console. Send me any errors you see.
Thanks!

I haven't seen the spreadsheet, so this is just a wild guess. It sounds like you are creating a story (for example) at the root folder but the WBM structure says that stories can only be inside epics.
Have you tried stepping back and deleting everything except 1 row. It would be interesting to see if 1 row would import.
Vickie Schira asked a question in Get Satisfaction on November 04, 2009 00:34:
Customers replying to noreply emailsWe are using GetSat to support one the software products that we sell. Last week, a customer posted a problem but we needed more information. We posted a reply and asked for the info, we waited but the customer never replied. Several days later, we heard from the angry customer wanting to know why we had not replied. After a quick conversation, it turns out that the customer replied to the noreply email instead of opening getsat and replying there.
My question is this: do you have any suggestions on how we could better communicate the proper way to reply? Or, can we setup a bounce message so messages to noreply bounce back to the user? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
A comment on the question "Import error: There was an unexpected error processing file. Found no host for the Work Break Down structure" in Agile on Demand:
Good idea. IF the work items is assigned to a resource, but the resource doesn't exist, the import would probably give an error. – Vickie Schira, on November 03, 2009 23:21
