backup capabilityHello: I think your service is great. Nevertheless, we still have to use Clipperz to duplicate our passwords because of the lack of backup/export capability. Please consider that option. Thanks!

I can't sign inNo matter what I do I cannot signin in Why does this have to be so complicated!

The "Sign in" link points to old URL after updatingI have a website I was working on that changed URLs. I edited the record in MyVidoop to reflect this URL change. This seems to have worked for the link in "Sites" containing the title of the site, but the "Sign in" link that actually fills the password still points to the old URL.

Why is this so friggin' complicated?Would you PLEASE tell me how I can simply use Twitterfeed to send my blog entries straight to twitter?
I've tried to sign up to twitterfeed and I get sent to "myvidoop" and I'm thoroughly confused. No offense, but you guys are making things VERY difficult, and my guess is your losing lots of business because of it.

Passwords listingI don't have a cell phone and I don't do text messaging. Today, I installed some proxy software on my Linux machine, that messed up my Firefox browser configuration. As a result, I had a hard time logging back into my Vidoop account. I am afraid of losing my passwords. Could I get a listing of my passwords?

Please add "delete" to edit pop-upSuggestion: Please add "delete" to "save" and "cancel" to the edit pop-up action menu from the myvidoop.com sites page.
Most common use of this page for me is checking for duplicates/aged sites. I use the edit feature and would like to delete the site from within the menu rather than closing the menu and remembering which line item had been opened and thus to be deleted.

Cannot browse, search and add password sites after myvidoop plug-in upgradeI used to be able to browse, search and add password sites. But not anymore after recent myvidoop plug-in upgrade.
I installed the most recent standalone Java Plug-in as suggested and it did not help.
I am using firefox 2.0/IE7 and both browsers having the same issue.
This looks like a show stopper for me as I need to somestimes manually add passord sites.
Can you help? Or can we downgrade?
Thanks.

Cannot logonMy twitterfeed doesn't seem to be feeding and I am trying to login to the site via my vidoop and I cannot.
I think it has something to do with the picture based access code.
In my opinion this login process is much much too convoluted. Please help.

How to hide the myVidoop sign inWhy is there no option to disable the bar at the top of Firefox asking me to sign in to myVidoop everytime my browser starts? I like this program but only need it maybe 10% of the time im using a browser, when I need it I can click on the myVidoop button. This behavior should be configurable.

Sites and Passwords not being listed in mySites accountI have a problem in the "managed your saved password" page, as no sites/password are being displayed (even though there are some recorded as MyVidoop plug-in works fine).
When the page is displayed it takes a long time, then it will switch between "displaying icons" and "displaying password" for the status, and then nothing being displayed :-(

"Sign In" linkHow can I add a "Sign In" link to existing remembered sites? The "Sign In" link appeared on a newly added site using the myvidoop plugin -- nice feature -- and I'd like to use it on a few other sites.
Thanks for any help.

Login & password dataCan I print a list of my logins and passwords?
A few moments ago, myvidoop stopped working (for a short time). It got me thinking about how lost I'd be without my logins and password information. So it makes sense to me that I should be able to print a list from time to time, or at least save a file with my own data.
Please let me know how to do this.
Thank you
Judi
