Automatic Login

It seems that I have to login every time I open my browser. Is there a way to automaticaly sign in? Like 'remember my password' options in sites without OpenID? It's pretty annoying.

Dear my vidoop i deleted my account earlier today and i got the delete recovery code and i still have it but when i try to recover it i get the username cannot be found which is unusual and i now want the account back but i want to do this instead, i would like the username cleared from your user server so i can register it again and do the entrie process again and i would like my email address cleared from your server as well

I get a dynamic IP via DHCP, so I need to activate my browser every time again since apparently the IP is compared in the authentication process. Is there a solution to that? Include an IP range?

Hi,

I am experiencing problems with the new IE8 Beta 2 and the myvidoop plug-in. Windows don't close properly and IE hangs frequently when the plug-in in enabled. But not when it is disabled.

Are you working on this issue?

Plugin for google Chrome

I really enjoy using the myvidoop plugin with my FireFox browser. With google Chrome browser in the picture, I am considering swithing over but I do not want to switch completely until all FF add-ons work on Chrome.

Are there plans in teh near future to have a myvidoop plugin for Google Chrome ?

Why aren't I receiving my one-time PIN by email?

I have been repeatedly trying this morning to log into my account. When my image password failed for no reason, I tried to reset them, but I have not gotten a pin in my email. The last time I tried logging in I had to activate my browser (again), but then still couldn't log in or get a pin. This is a waste of my time.

Interrupted partial registration

My registration was interrupted.

If I try to re-register I get told the name is taken so try logging in.

If I try to log in, I get a pop up box saying "
You have not finished enrollment. Please enter the email address you gave us during enrollment to continue." I do that and I get taken back to the login screen and the whole scenario loops.

I am using FF with cookies and JS enabled for myvidoop.com but otherwise barred

My username Staniforth is not recognised (although the system says that http://staniforth.myvidoop.com/ is registered)

When I click on requesting my username it confirms an e-mail has been sent but none is received.

Can't log in

I can't log in this morning. I am certain on the input, which has worked for several weeks without fail.

I get errors that my browser isn't activated. (It was yesterday, and the weeks before that.) I reactivated it and still it fails.

I ask to "recover" and reset my security and never get an e-mail or text message.

Login does not work. Account recovery is not sending one time pin to my email address. If it turns out that the problem I am having is not caused by a fault on my system, I will stop using myvodoop. If it is a server outage at your end I will blog this to kingdom come.
