I cannot log in to myvidoop, and I don't get the recovery emails sent to me.

This is freaking me out.

I changed my PC, windows to Mac,and I tried to sign in using "activation code",but failed.

My username is "bac55".

Do not receive password reset

I've had to reinstall my firefox browser. So when I reactive the browser and enter the activation code. I enter my password. And I get prompted to login again. The 2nd time I enter my image password I get a login failed message. I've also tried using Internet Explore and it also fails on the 2nd login phase. I've tried to reset my images but I do not receive the one time pin number to do so. I did not set up my account to verfiy using a cell phone just my email.

The MyVidoop plugin won't open. I get this message: "Installation could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." It does download. And I closed IE before clicking Run. What gives?

I have set up an access of 5 images which must be entered in a specific sequence. One of these are boats. However, lately ther have been occasions when boats are not even displayed, which means I can't complete my access code. Are you aware of this problem?

Feedback: I would like to be able to manually add sites to the Ignore list. Like I can manually add sites to the Passwords list. I know I can Vidoop will prompt me never to save a password for a site, but I want to disable Vidoop filling in forms for me on some sites, not all sites just some, and I don't want to have to keep going back and forth Disabling and re-enabling the Form Fill check box.

Re: Vidoop plugin update. the install process only offers 2 options: remove or repair. Doesn't indicate if it will override the older version or if you need to uninstall it first. You may have a bundle of confused punters out here. I just ran the new version which didn't confirm installation at the end and indeed offered me the update again when I launched explorer. Will try again soon but I suggest more testing is needed.

MORE THAN NOT, I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE IMAGINES NOT SHOWING COMPLETELY, IF THE IMAGINES DO SHOW, IT STOPS WORKING WHEN LOADING MY SITES, ETC. THIS WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA IF IT WORKED AS IT SHOULD.

This is totally ridiculous. I've been using computers for the last 15 years and have NEVER encountered a sign in or acct. creation process as ridiculous as this is. I really don't NEED to use MAGNOLIA.
