Hey Lacie,

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. You'll also need Flash 9 and to enable all cookies.

Once you do those things, it should work. If not, get back to me and we'll troubleshoot some more.

I have a similar prob. When I go to copy the code, it isn't there, and I cclick the button to automatically put it on there, and it shows up just as text "undefined" thats it. HELP!?

Oh this is just great.Yes the autoplay option is still displaying.I also wanted my msg to autoplay upon visits to my page.I just sent an e-mail about this very problem.Well that's just great!!!

I don't see the widget on my photos on my website anymore. Also www.snapvine.com/api is unavailable. Have you guys pulled the support for this?

Hey, thanks for letting us know about this! Actually, the talking photo is no longer set up to auto-play and we didn't realize that option was still showing up. I'm really sorry that was misleading! Just click on the play button and your previously recorded message will play.

Hi Jeff, This links works fine. There other link is broken because the links are case sensitive. In the first one there's "Api" instead of "API".

Hi Lacey,

The voice comments on snapvine is so that your friends can leave voice comments to you, either by microphone or by celluar.

To have voice comments on myspace, go the the "My Voice Blog" tab, and click on "Get your own Voice Blog Widget." MySpace is selected by default. There you can enter in your MySpace account, and we'll set this widget into your myspace without you having to do anything. After it's setup, you and your friends can leave voice comments on MySpace.

We currently do not have localization capability in our code yet. It is in our product backlog, and we are in the process of analysis for our roadmap right now. We shall inform you and everyone else as soon as we've identified what we shall be doing with regards to localization.
