I'm very glad to hear this issue has been dealt with so fast. However this is onl;y going to be one of many groups who talk about inappropriate subjects and so I hope Twitter spends a portion of its time in combating bad members such as "StuPervHelm". I also hope that his friends who engage in his sick love for perverted discussions are also banned.

I requested a refund after two returns and the company are refusing to do so. They say that because I have had no hardware problems I don't qualify for a refund. Odd isn't it? A paying customer is not allowed to have a refund and now I am being forced to accept it back. You have to hate them!

I was alerted to this issue from a friend on twitter. The person is openly discussing perverted issues with other twitter members. This serious issue needs to be fully corrected and investigated and be twtitters main and top priority!

I agree with you but why cant there just be a normal contact form or a separate option in the selection box for general enquiries, where it allows you to input name, email and comments instead of "This is what I DID", "This is what I EXPECTED to happen", "This is what ACTUALLY happened" and "This is how I feel about it in 140 characters or less"?

Allow people to directly contact twitter support staff rather than having to use a third party site, which may not deliver the support issue to twitters attention properly. Create a proper support area for contacting a member of staff, it's easy.

Found a person who should be banned from twitter because he is talking about touching kids. Also his BIO states the following "People under 15 are my passion.". I call for a total ban and suggest you report him to the police authorities.
