Can't Create a List While Using a Netbook

When using a Netbook (which obviously has a smaller screen) i can't create a twitter list because the box that pops up to create a list is using a fixed position in relation to the browser window. SO if I scroll up or down it stays in the same place and I can not hit the ok button to create the list because it is hiden below the bottom of the brower window. It would not be a problem if the box was drag-able but it is not drag-able. Please fix.

I have the same problem. The last 2 or three photosi have send via my email address have not made it to twitter. I did not change passwords, or users name or anything. It just stopped working.

I'm using Fire fox 3.03 on a Mac and every time I try to add a tip and get thrown back onto the homepage.
