To Dell's Bill B,

Some time ago you posted on a thread that you would send out a new adapter to all those people experiencing issues with it. (The adapter not recognized problem).

The Battery LED on my Inspiron 6400 has stopped turning on, and the laptop is having severe performance issues. I am 100% certain it is the adapter as I tried another one an d it solves the issue.

Can you keep to your word and send me out a new adapter?
