Hi!
When you sign up for SecondBrain, and get the email that tells you to activate your account, it contains a link that looks like this:
http://********.secondbrain.com/Activation?Email=************%40gmail.com&Activation=True&sign=9ba910420a30e462ef4b8cfba006dc7f
Make sure you follow the entire link, including the last part, with 'Activation=True&sign='. If your email client breaks this link, try to copy and paste it into your browser.
If the 'sign=' part is not there, send us an email and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible

Can't Activate New Account!Can't finish creating account. Clicked on activation link in my email and then it took me to page to enter a password for my new account. I entered my new password and tried to click the adjacent "Next" button and nothing happens! I've tried this many times with different browsers. Please advise, thank you!

Can't Verify Phone As Sprint CustomerI can't setup mobile alerts for my account. I never receive the verification codes. My carrier is Sprint. I have experienced problems verifying my phone with other web apps as well. I think Sprint somehow blocks these messages. Can you provide some other type of phone verification please? Can you verify that other Sprint customers are having problems verifying their phones for Mint as well?
