Thanks, problem resolved.
I'm had two simultaneously problems: this regular error (12263) and regular Firefox SSL errors (but IE works well).
Both problems resolved when I refuse DHCP service usage and manually set TCP/IP parameters (same as get from DHCP).
Now all works well, but I don't understand why :)
