Depends which blog system you are using.
Go to this page:
http://vodpod.com/account/blog_badges
Select your Blog platform, then configure your widget. For some systems, we will give you HTML code which you paste into your blog. On other systems you choose the Vodpod widget from their gallery.

Go to your account page, click "change settings", then click "advanced". That will take you to this page:
http://vodpod.com/account/edit/advanced
On that page there is a "Delete Account" button which you can use to remove all your videos and your account.

You need to make sure the video you see in the popup does NOT autoplay. Either click the arrow next to "show 1 of X videos" to select a different video, or else click "video missing", then cut-and-paste the supplied embed code from the ESPN site into the popup window. Click "Preview" to make sure you've got the right video, then go ahead and publish.
scott_from_vodpod replied on November 29, 2008 22:29 to the question "Is it possible to save a video directly on my computer?" in Vodpod:
Sorry, it is generally not possible to download the videos that you see at vodpod.com. That function may be provided within the video player itself, but it's completely up to the video host. Common hosts like Youtube or Myspace do not allow videos to be downloaded.
There are services available that help you download videos from some video hosts. Do a google search for "download videos" to find some of them. You will need to have the URL for the video on the original video host.

Usually this is caused by the Vodpod Share Video button picking up the wrong embed code from the source site.
The usual fix is to go back to the source site and find the "official" embed code offered by that site. In the Share Video popup, click the "video missing" link, then in the text box paste in the official embed code. Now click "Preview". You should see the correct video. Now go ahead and click "Publish".
Note that some sites do not supply official embed codes, and for these sites there may be no alternative than the embed with autoplay enabled.
