Do you give back to the community or environment?Yes! Virtual Sidekick works side by side with NetSquared Atlanta, an organization to designed to connect social entrepreneurs and do-gooders with non-profit organizations. Ina Stanley, the Senior Marketing Consultant at Virtual Sidekick also sits on the Board of Directors for a developing non-profit in Atlanta, Ga, and is working with another organization to help develop entrepreneurship programs for children.
We also support environmental efforts! Part of the reason we offer Web-based services is to help our clients and customers cut back on paper usage, travel and waste. We have plans later this year to enroll in 1% for the Planet to further support environmental conservation.

What are your business hours?We operate on the following business hours:
* Mon - Fri, 9am to 9pm
* Saturdays, 9am to 7pm
Note that we are closed on Sundays, all major holidays. Clients are notified of closings and openings in advance.

What kinds of clients do you service?While we're happy to serve everyone, we really enjoy working with solo entrepreneurs and small businesses. Most of our clients are actually micro businesses with between 1 and 5 employees. We do have service options for mid-sized businesses and larger corporations.

What if I need to cancel, is there a penalty fee?We do charge a cancellation penalty for all projects that are canceled without the proper notice of 30 days (for monthly services) or 48 hours (for all other projects). Please contact us or refer to your contract for details.

What is your refund policy?That depends on the type of project, product or service. We cannot offer refunds for analysis, consultation or promotional products once services are rendered.
Cancellation of a project will be subject to a cancellation fee, but partial refunds are given depending on the situation. Please contact us for more information, or post your support request here.

When do I need to pay for my project?There are different requirements for payment depending on the type of project. For all marketing services, consultation, analysis, videography, podcast production and web design under $300, we require payment up front. For all web design over $300, we require a deposit equal to half of your total fee, and the remainder upon completion of the project.
Per our contract, all invoices are to be paid within 48 hours of receipt unless there is a dispute. All disputes must be in writing and received no later than 12 hours after receipt of your invoice. Failure to pay an invoice on time will result in a late fee and delays in your service.

Once my project is finished, how is it delivered?Once we've completed your podcast or video project, we deliver it by email in either MP3, WMV or DIVX formats. CDs or DVDs available at your request for an additional fee.
