@Niophe, sorry I'm away from win/foobar for some time now and I recall using the columns UI in foobar 0.8.<whatever> where sorting by full path was the way to get the playlist sorted that way. Granted, I'm missing the customizable column layout using %<whatever-metainfotag> in any player on linux but would it be asking too much to provide a screenshot what you have in mind? That might help anyone in this thread. </whatever-metainfotag></whatever>

where is sorting by file location NOT the way foobar does it? Stop moaning around and point the developers to a player which does it the way you would expect it. and "other players" is NOT the answer

ah i see - well some might call it a feature as the playlist dynamically changes to the selected artist/album - if you stay in the all/all/all mode this won't happen ;-)

cannot confirm the leaking comment - it's quite stable around 200 megs at least on linux regardless if there're 100 or 14000 songs in the library.

X-Window controls (minimize, maximize, restore) don't work in ssh session with X11 forwarding (host: xubuntu 8.10 x86_64, songbird 1.0 , client: winxp, putty and exceed 2k8 as X11 server)

can not confirm that at least not with the linux 1.0 x86_64 tarball and default settings.r u experiencing this with shuffle on (where this might be a coincidence) or off?
