I own the SPF.. it seems to work fine but have the same problem as you no network connnectivity..

I bought Network Magic and installed that things work marginally better but SPF FAQ says to set it to allow all programs to get out.. So Thats useless from a security point of view..

I removed it (SPF) and installed ZonaAlarm on the various machines. Now everybodys connected nicely

5 months later and I experience the same fraken problem.. Turn off Active protection my machines runs like a raped ape.. Leave it on and things Hang taking forever to exicute. Having bought 5 various license combination of counterspy and viper. Maybe I will just BUY ESET and forget the whole thing. Very pissed especially as I consider you guys an excellent company in so many aspects
