Are you seeing this issue with activities from Pownce? If so, this was an issue that we have solved with the next release.

It looks like we aren't getting the 500 errors from Pownce any more, so I think this issue is resolved. If anyone else is still having problems please reply and let me know so I can look into it.

A comment on the problem "deleted the person's name." in Socialthing:

It looks like for your account (and some others), Pownce is giving us a 500 error, while other accounts (like mine) are working fine. I'll ask the Pownce team if they can figure out what is going on. As far as I know we are making the requests correctly since other accounts are working fine. I'll keep you updated. – Wade Simmons, on May 14, 2008 02:43

Everything should be worked out now, so you should see Pownce in your lifestream again. Looks like there were some minor API changes that came along with public file support in Pownce that we needed to touch up.

We are working with the Pownce team now to get this resolved, I'll post an update as soon as I get some more information. This should hopefully be fixed very soon.

It looks like all of our requests to Pownce are timing out. This is probably something on their end, but I'll look into it more to make sure we aren't doing anything wrong.
