Kevin Rivers replied on October 04, 2009 17:32 to the question "What does 'delivered' mean when you upload an album? and When do i know that an album is on digital stores?" in WaTunes:
Hi Jake,
Below are the status and what they represent:
In Review - Meaning we're waiting to receive your contents and/or reviewing your contents for content delivery
Delivered - This means that your contents has been delivered to one or more of our music store services (Primarily iTunes). From this time, it'll take 4-6 weeks for your contents to go live.
Hidden - This means that your content has been delivered. However, did not complete the process because of corrupted or missing data. At this point, please contact us to know what we would need from you to continue the process.

Getting Started: How to Submit Your MusicHi guys,
Here in this lesson, I will show you how you can submit your contents for iTunes using the new WaTunes New Experience system. So here we go:
After you have created your account and logged in, you'll see the following sub-menus:
Home
Add-Ons
Getting Started (this button is being worked)
Edit Profile
View Profile
Log Out
Click on the "Edit Profile" button which will take you to your account dashboard. If you're an artist or label, you should see the following tabs:
Information (where you can add profile information about yourself)
Contact Info (where you can input your contact, Skype ID, and social site links)
About Me (input your bio, influences, role models, interests, etc.)
Projects (Embed your favorite widgets, store links, and share with us your upcoming projects)
My Albums (This is where you'll spend most of your time adding new album contents and uploading)
Sales (View sales reports every month)
Privacy Statement (which shows our current privacy policies)
In this dashboard you'll want to click on "My Albums". If you already have contents submitted you'll see your albums discography. If not, please click on the "Add New Album" button to add a new album. With WaTunes New Experience, we enable you to submit up to 20 album metadata information at the same time.
Once you've click on the "Add New Album" button, you'll be able to submit the following information to us for delivery.
Name (Album Title) [ex: The Blue Moon, or The Blue Moon - Single, or The Blue Moon - EP]
Artist (Artist Name)
Label (Label Name will reflect the Label you've inputted in the Information tab. This enables your Sales Reports to be more readable, accurate, and simple to follow)
Release Date (MM-DD-YYYY) [ex: 06-27-2009 for June 27th 2009]
Genre (select your Genre)
Album Tracks (Input your album tracks in order that they are to be released)
Once you have submitted your album information, you will be given a UPC code completely FREE. Please use this UPC code to setup your .zip package using the instructions below:
1 - Make sure you have your contents ready (Audio: 320kbps, MP3 / Cover Image: 600x600px JPG)
2 - Create a folder and name it with the name of your UPC (Ex: 123456789012)
3 - Input all contents into this folder and compress it into a .zip file (Ex: 123456789012.zip)
Once you have your .zip package ready, return to the "My Albums" tab in your account dashboard. Next, you'll see a link called "Upload Songs". This will take you to the Online Tool where you'll be able to upload your zip package for content delivery.
After the upload process is completed, you've successfully uploaded your contents to us for digital distribution.
If you are having problems with the Online Tool, please contact us with your e-mail and we'll provide you with an FTP account where you can upload your music using FTP Delivery.
Thank you for choosing the new WaTunes and we look forward to getting your music available on iTunes and other music store services.

Kevin Rivers replied on October 02, 2009 21:30 to the problem "unable to add website in profile" in WaTunes:
Hi Dr. Mossi,
When you click on "Edit Profile" on your dashboard. Make sure that you enter your website URL without the "http://". Our system automatically inputs that for you so all you would have to do is input just the URL (for example: www.mysite.com ). Please let us know if this problem still persist.
