Hi s.pfaffel,

The Online Tool only accepts .zip packages when uploading contents. Sometimes based on the size of your contents, the uploading process may hang and freeze. We're actually in the process of scratching this entire system and re-building the entire content delivery process from the ground up. This will enable users to input album information, upload album covers, and upload songs (WAVs) one at a time instead of this process.

In the meantime, please contact our Tech department to be issued a temporary FTP login for you to transfer your zip packages to us for content delivery.

The best way to convert your 128kbps into 320kbps MP3s is to have a audio converter. I highly recommend dbPowerAMP or even iTunes which enables you to convert your library into MP3 files accordingly.
