Hi Chris,

This is a very common scenario for us. If you have all the complete metadata information regarding your album (Artist Name, Album Title, Label, UPC, Release Date, Genre, Copyright, Tracks, etc.) we'll be able to notify our music store services to contest "rights to distribute".

The way this works is that you would write up a formal letter to each of the music store services that we also work with, stating that you are granting us the rights to distribute your contents. Afterwards, the music store services (particularly iTunes) will investigate the content and contact the distributor (in this case IODA) stating that WaTunes files a distribution claim.

After a quick resolution, we'll be able to deliver your contents and will request any royalties generated and will issue back-payments in addition to your upcoming reporting payment from us.
