It would have been helpful for me this morning when I tracked a package from and Ebay seller and didn't specifically know what method they were shipping it.

For example, with Fedex's Ground and Home Deliver services, Ground operates Monday to Friday and Home Delivery operates Tuesday though Saturday. This can effect when you might expect the package on a Saturday or not a Monday, and made me question the accuracy of the date it said it would arrive because it was a Saturday. Then I checked the status on Fedex.com and it said Home Deliver and then I understood why that date was possible.

Or if they sent it Priority Overnight and you should expect it before 10:30 am or Standard Overnight and expect it by 3pm.

Just a thought though.

Service Type
I think the only thing your product doesn't do for shipment information is provide the acutal service type that is being used to ship your package. (ie Ground, Home Delivery, First Overnight, 2 Day, Saver...) If you could add that in your tracking screen that would be great.
