I might be of some help. What website did you order it from? Did the provide a tracking number once it shipped out?
Did you order this through a Samsung employee? If you ordered it through a Samsung employee, I can check my records if you have a tracking number that I might be able to reference.-

As far as updates go, I only work in the logistics department and oversee shipment that leave our warehouse to the time it gets to our consignees. So I'm not sure when the next available update will be.
Have you tried going to the website to download the latest firmware? You can burn the software to a cd or use a USB card to transfer the update.

Have you tried contacting that Circuit City where you bought the blu-ray player? Do you still have your receipt? This seems as if it's more of a Circuit City problem rather than a Samsung problem. -

Hello, I work in the Samsung logistics department and I might be able to help you. However, I have a few questions for you:
What website did you purchase this from?
Depending on what website you purchased this from, you would have to go through their logistics department as Samsung sends out loads to the website's distribution center. From there, their logistics team handles all of that and you'd have to go through them.
When did you make your purchase?
Depending where you live and where the notebook was stored, it could take up to 6 business days to travel across the country.
Do you know if this is being shipped UPS? The website should have provided you some kind of tracking information to ensure where your notebook is.
Do you know someone that works at Samsung?
If so, this would be much easier to track down as I am aware of residential deliveries and I would be able to track down more information in our system and talk to our carrier to get this delivered. No need to put down your street address. City and state should be suffice.
