Lynn Zephryna's dashboard

I have uploaded an image (within the requirements of Twitter) and it shows fine on home page, but on tweets / realtime page it only shows a twitter default image.

My account image works fine, but this problem is for a client with a different account.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks so much!
