The only way it seems to actually save is if you had 2 about me sections. One from your previous profile and one from the Bebo side. I tried creating a new AOL name but that won't edit at all. I restored an older name and got that to work. Anyone creating a new name is pretty much screwed.

The pop up button is very nice. I have another suggestion as well. There should be an option to not set a predetermined room size. When a person enters the pop up chat the room size should adjust to the user's preference. For instance I set my room size at 1000x640 but that may be too big for those on other resolutions.

You are definitely on the right track. The pop up is almost exactly what's needed. It just could get a tad easier if there was just a link that opened chat into a full size chat window. A user now clicks my 'video chat' tab and the embedded chat room loads on that page. If they click open in pop up they are then being logged in twice to the same room. Some people may be fine with the embedded chat and I understand. For others who prefer the pop up chat you should consider putting your code on our page but with a link or graphic that says open chat. This would eliminate duplicate entries. Any chance of getting the Userplane IM integrated as well? One suggestion would be to lighten the shade of your background image. It sort of stands out too much. :)

1) The reason I prefer a pop up is so the entire chat room can be maximized to full screen. I don't really mean have another Ning page pop up with chat in the page. I'm thinking more like MySpace does. It's integrated but a new chat window only pops up. If I could get rid of the right column on just my chat page I would have already added it to my bigger sites. Is there a way to remove the right column on one page and not on the entire network?

2) I have a few very popular and active Userplane chats now and my members would want IM's, ignore, and viewing multiple cams.

I make a very nice income on my Userplane money but for integrated chat rooms it's definitely tempting to add blendapps. If I find a solution for the right column on my chat page only or a way to have the chat room itself as a pop up I'll be adding it.

Also, as you grow consider adding a premium service to remove branding and maybe a 50/50 split of revenue. Just a few ideas. :)
