I think a restriction to x characters would be fine. As I stated a title like "Screenshot: Thu, 29 Jan 2009" has few expressiveness.

A good thing would be if people could optionally add an individual title to their screenshots. If not the title will stay e.g. "Screenshot: Thu, 29 Jan 2009".

Do you think this is one of the best points? Mark it as a good point
